For Districts

One Curriculum.

Every Classroom.

Every Campus.

Building a successful baking and pastry program across multiple schools requires more than great educators. It requires a curriculum every teacher can trust, every administrator can support, and every student can learn from.

The Baking & Pastry Arts Program Curriculum (BAPC) provides districts with a complete, standards-aligned instructional system that creates consistency across campuses while reducing teacher workload and simplifying program implementation.

Whether you're opening a new Career and Technical Education pathway or strengthening an established culinary program, BAPC gives every educator the same high-quality instructional foundation from the first day of class.

Why Districts Adopt BAPC

District leaders aren't simply purchasing curriculum. They're investing in a consistent instructional experience for every student.

When every campus teaches from the same curriculum, educators collaborate more effectively, new teachers are onboarded more quickly, administrators gain confidence in program quality, and students receive the same learning experience regardless of where they attend school.

BAPC was developed to make district-wide implementation practical, sustainable, and scalable.

The Benefits of Standardization

One Curriculum. One Standard.

Every participating campus follows the same instructional sequence, learning objectives, assessments, and classroom expectations.

Support Every Educator

Whether an instructor has twenty years of classroom experience or is transitioning directly from industry, BAPC provides the instructional resources needed to teach with confidence.

Reduce Teacher Workload

Teachers spend less time creating lesson plans, assessments, presentations, and classroom materials because every instructional resource has already been developed.

Strengthen Program Quality

Consistent curriculum leads to consistent instruction, helping districts build stronger programs while preparing students with the technical knowledge and professional skills expected by today's baking industry.

Grow Without Starting Over

As your district expands, your curriculum grows with you. Add campuses, onboard new educators, and maintain instructional consistency without rebuilding your program from the ground up.

What's Included with District Licensing

District licensing provides everything needed to implement BAPC across multiple campuses.

Every district agreement includes:

  • Multi-campus curriculum licensing

  • Unlimited teacher access at every licensed campus

  • Complete Levels 1 and 2 curriculum

  • Companion Recipe Library

  • Curriculum updates throughout the active license term

  • Newly released instructional resources

  • Centralized implementation support

  • Dedicated onboarding guidance

Customized licensing proposals are available based on the number of participating schools.

Beyond Curriculum: Implementation Support

Adopting a new curriculum is only the beginning.

BAPC also offers professional development designed specifically for culinary educators and Career and Technical Education programs. Workshops help teachers confidently implement the curriculum, strengthen instructional practices, and establish consistency across every classroom.

Available in person or virtually, professional development may be scheduled as a standalone engagement or bundled with district licensing.

Why BAPC

BAPC wasn't developed by a publishing company attempting to enter culinary education.

It was developed by a culinary educator who spent years creating curriculum because the resources teachers needed simply didn't exist.

That experience shaped every decision behind BAPC.

The result is more than a curriculum. It is a complete baking and pastry education system designed specifically for secondary schools, built around how educators actually teach and how districts actually implement curriculum.
