For Districts

A complete baking and pastry program; built for your schools.

This Baking and Pastry Curriculum was designed with district implementation in mind. Whether you're launching a new CTE baking and pastry program, strengthening one that already exists, or standardizing curriculum across multiple schools, this framework gives your educators the professional infrastructure they need to teach with confidence and consistency from day one.

Your educators are ready. Give them the tools to prove it.

CTE culinary educators are among the most credentialed professionals in your buildings. They bring industry expertise, hands-on experience, and real-world knowledge into the classroom every single day. What they often lack is not skill — it's a structured, standards-aligned curriculum framework that matches what they already know how to do.

This Baking and Pastry Curriculum closes that gap at the program level—so every teacher in every school is working from the same professional standard.

Bring the standard into your schools — in person.

Chef Kimberly I. Houston is a Le Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef and has been teaching kids in the kitchen for over a decade. What started as a commitment to making baking accessible and skill-based grew into something much larger—a full 200-page Teach Me How to Bake homeschool baking curriculum, published and used by families across the country.

Kimberly holds dual master's degrees in Adult Education & Instructional Design and Transformational Leadership & Coaching. Kimberly serves on the Board of Directors for ACF Atlanta and is the Member Experience Director at the RBA. She's a member of Les Dames d'Escoffier Atlanta chapter and is a certified business coach & strategist.

Her work sits at the rare intersection of culinary authority, curriculum design, entrepreneurship, and education strategy—and that intersection is exactly what her workshop framework was built from.

WHY DISTRICTS CHOOSE THIS CURRICULUM

The case for standardization.

Consistency across classrooms: Every educator in your district works from the same sequenced, standards-aligned framework regardless of their individual background or experience level.

Reduced prep burden: Teachers spend less time building materials and more time teaching. Every component is already done.

Industry alignment built in: ServSafe, ACF, and RBA alignment means your students are building credentials, not just completing coursework.

Scalable across three levels: The framework grows with your program—from introductory through advanced—so students have a clear, intentional progression year over year.

Professional development support: Districts can pair curriculum adoption with a live workshop to ensure confident, aligned implementation across every classroom.

What Every License Includes:

  • All 8 units per level

  • 9 components per unit — lesson plans, 3 presentation-ready slideshows, pretest, guided student notes and production day handouts, post-test, Jeopardy-style review game, quiz and answer key, and sub plans

  • Aligned to ServSafe, ACF, and Retail Bakers of America standards

  • Immediate digital access upon purchase
