BAPC is licensed annually by campus. Every active license includes digital curriculum access, curriculum updates, newly released resources for the licensed level, and scheduled group educator support.
How BAPC Licensing Works
A campus license allows all instructors at one licensed campus to use the selected curriculum level across eligible classes and enrolled students. No individual student accounts are required, and instructor access can be reassigned within the licensed campus as staffing changes.
Schools may license Level 1, Level 2, or the complete two-level curriculum. District and multi-campus agreements are customized according to the number of campuses, curriculum levels, and implementation needs.

Level 1: Foundations
Level 1 provides eight instructional units and 24 sequenced lessons covering safety, equipment, professional practices, baking science, quick breads, cookies, cakes, and introductory yeast breads.
Designed for programs introducing students to baking and pastry fundamentals. No prior experience is required.
Level 2: Intermediate Baking & Pastry
Level 2 provides eight instructional units and 24 sequenced lessons covering advanced food science, production and yield costing, product evaluation, artisan breads, pastry doughs, custards, laminated doughs, and cake design.
Designed for programs ready to move students beyond foundational skills into intermediate production and professional application. Level 2 builds upon concepts introduced in Level 1.
Complete BAPC
Complete BAPC combines Level 1 and Level 2 into one progressive instructional system.
Schools receive 16 fully developed units and 48 sequenced lessons that move students from foundational knowledge through intermediate baking and pastry production.
District and Multi-Campus Licensing
District licensing supports coordinated implementation across multiple campuses while giving participating educators access to consistent lessons, assessments, production resources, and instructional support.
District and multi-campus agreements are provided by custom quote based on implementation scope.
